Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise services and applications.
- Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
- Support integrations across internal and external systems, databases, and automated processes.
- Troubleshoot technical incidents, data-processing issues, interface failures, and reconciliation discrepancies.
- Monitor application health, logs, and alerts using ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Infrastructure, Deployment, and Operations Support teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Maintain technical documentation including solution designs, deployment procedures, incident reports, and operational runbooks.
- Implement security, compliance, and regulatory controls including encryption, auditing, role-based access control, and data masking.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in development, deployment, and support processes.
- Participate in incident response and on-call support rotations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in software development and application support.
- Strong SQL skills, including query optimization, stored procedures, DML, and DDL.
- Hands-on development experience with Python and C#/.NET.
- Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, source control tools, Git/GitHub, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, AML, compliance, or risk-management systems is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication skills and ability to work effectively in a global team.
