Responsibilities
- Implement technical requirements in technical work products.
- Analyze and improve existing application systems by identifying areas for modification.
- Write technical specifications for assigned work.
- Write, test, refine, and rewrite code as necessary.
- Investigate new technologies and evaluate their application to current company systems.
- Coordinate with business analysts and users on system design and coding.
- Deliver BSR on schedule and budget.
- Maintain technical knowledge through internal and external training.
Requirements
- Experience in the life insurance industry, LifeAsia, COBOL, or BO is preferred.
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
- Ability to manage teams on a day-to-day basis.
