Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance backend microservices in a cloud-native architecture.
- Collaborate with US-based engineering teams on global product roadmaps and architectural decisions.
- Develop low-latency, highly available event processing systems.
- Build high-volume real-time data ingestion and streaming solutions using Kafka or Azure Event Hubs.
- Architect data solutions using Redis and relational databases such as SQL Server or Postgres.
- Integrate AI-driven services to enrich data with advanced attributes and intelligence.
- Deploy and manage stateless, scalable containerized services using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Use AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor for development, debugging, and code quality.
- Perform automated testing, maintain high unit test coverage, and participate in technical design and code reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 3 years of professional backend software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in C# or .NET is highly preferred; Java or Golang expertise with strong computer science fundamentals is also considered.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with SQL Server, Postgres, or other major relational databases is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Experience with distributed messaging systems such as Kafka, Azure Event Hubs, or RabbitMQ.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English for global collaboration.
