Responsibilities
- Develop LLM-driven solutions using Azure OpenAI, LangChain/LangGraph, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Design RAG and prompt-orchestration pipelines, embeddings, and model evaluation frameworks.
- Collaborate with data engineers and full-stack developers to embed models into cloud applications.
- Prototype multi-agent systems that autonomously analyze, decide, and act on business tasks.
- Embed AI governance, fairness, and responsible AI principles into every solution.
- Explore generative AI, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and scalable AI solutions for global clients.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in machine learning or AI engineering.
- Expertise in Python and ML libraries including scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and Transformers.
- Experience with LLMs, embeddings, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
- Practical experience deploying AI services on Azure, AWS, or GCP and working with MLOps tools such as MLflow and Docker.
- Ideally, experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen for multi-agent workflows.
- Ideally, understanding of reinforcement learning and autonomous decision systems.
- Ideally, familiarity with Power Automate integration and AI workflow triggers.
