Base Salary
$160k - $192k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and enhance user-facing AI applications for major enterprise customers.
- Develop and refine features for Scale’s GenAI Platform.
- Design, build, and optimize polished, high-performance UIs using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and AI/ML teams to create seamless user experiences.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services and cloud infrastructure.
- Ship features rapidly while maintaining high code quality and performance.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience developing frontend or fullstack applications in a modern tech stack.
- Strong proficiency in Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind.
- Experience with high-visibility, customer-facing applications.
- A passion for AI and experience with interactive AI applications.
- Familiarity with backend technologies like FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and cloud infrastructure.
- A track record of collaborating cross-functionally with design, product, and ML teams.
