Base Salary
$160k - $192k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and enhance user-facing AI applications for major enterprise customers
- Develop and refine features for Scale’s GenAI Platform to help businesses build, deploy, and manage AI agents
- Design, build, and optimize polished, high-performance user interfaces
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services, APIs, authentication systems, and cloud infrastructure
- Ship features rapidly while maintaining code quality, performance, and accessibility
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and AI/ML teams to create intuitive user experiences
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience developing frontend or full-stack applications in a modern technology stack
- Strong proficiency with Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind
- Experience building high-visibility, customer-facing applications and balancing speed with quality
- Passion for AI and experience with interactive AI applications, agent-based systems, or data-rich web platforms
- Familiarity with FastAPI, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience collaborating with design, product, and ML teams
