Responsibilities
- Own the technical integrity, scalability, and business alignment of the team’s technology suite.
- Drive adoption of Agentic AI by building skills through MCP or custom integrations for safe interaction with internal systems.
- Establish governance standards for security, maintainability, architectural consistency, and AI-assisted development.
- Lead cross-functional teams in resolving high-impact and technically complex issues.
- Set advanced technical standards and modern engineering workflows across the division.
- Identify performance bottlenecks using profilers, memory dumps, and APM tools such as New Relic.
- Coordinate engineering groups and communicate complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in the .NET ecosystem, including performance tuning and advanced microservices modeling.
- Proficiency in React development and Micro Frontend architecture.
- Experience with unit and integration test automation.
- In-depth understanding of security and performance engineering.
- Intermediate knowledge of cloud computing, including Azure or AWS, is a bonus.
- Experience establishing governance or frameworks for cross-functional engineering groups is a bonus.
