Responsibilities
- Assist with scalable system architecture and ensure robust implementation patterns.
- Use Cursor, .cursorrules, and agentic development tools to prototype solutions and maintain enterprise coding standards.
- Develop and iterate on high-level technical designs and proofs of concept for complex full-stack systems.
- Identify performance bottlenecks using profilers, memory dumps, and application performance monitoring tools such as New Relic.
- Build technical consensus across multiple teams and serve as a knowledge resource for the engineering community.
- Mentor colleagues and advance technical standards and modern engineering workflows.
- Develop and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, React, and Micro Frontend architecture.
- Implement unit and integration test automation.
Requirements
- Deep proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and modern Web APIs.
- Proficiency in React development and Micro Frontend architecture.
- Proficiency in unit and integration test automation.
- In-depth understanding of related domains such as security or performance engineering.
- Intermediate knowledge of testing methodologies, including data-flow analysis and comprehensive use-case coverage, is a bonus.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting production applications with application performance monitoring tools is a bonus.
- Ability to lead by example, build consensus, and serve as a technical subject matter expert.
