Responsibilities
- Develop and engineer end-to-end system features from user experience through backend code.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align with project goals and timelines.
- Develop innovative cloud-first solutions that address challenging business problems.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Experience with Spring Boot is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience developing APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL database design and management.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and cloud-first deployment strategies.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
