Responsibilities
- Develop and engineer end-to-end system features spanning frontend user experiences and backend code.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team performance, and make team decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and provide solutions applicable across teams.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver project milestones.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong backend development knowledge, including API design and database management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, deployment strategies, version control systems, and continuous integration tools.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
