Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate them into aligned technical solutions.
- Advise enterprise customers throughout Claude adoption, from technical discovery and initial evaluation through deployment.
- Support customers building with Claude Code, the Claude API, and Claude for Enterprise.
- Create and deliver technical content for engineering, development, business, and executive audiences.
- Guide architecture decisions and help customers integrate Claude with existing technology stacks.
- Help customers develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude's performance for their use cases.
- Identify common integration patterns and provide insights to Product and Engineering teams.
- Travel frequently to customer sites for workshops, technical deep dives, and relationship building.
- Maintain knowledge of LLM capabilities and implementation patterns.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance are required due to U.S. Government contract requirements.
- Prior experience working with U.S. national security defense or intelligence agencies is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager is required.
- Experience navigating complex buying cycles involving multiple stakeholders is required.
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems is required.
- Familiarity with Python and common LLM frameworks and tools, or a background in machine learning or data science, is required.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a relevant field is required.
- Strong technical communication, relationship-building, teaching, mentoring, and cross-organizational collaboration skills are required.
