Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the enterprise application architecture blueprint across ERP, CRM, ITSM, HR/recruiting, and program management platforms.
- Design secure, scalable, and interoperable solutions that satisfy DoD and IC requirements for data residency, classification boundaries, and access control.
- Architect integrations among enterprise applications and mission systems across hybrid on-premise, AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, and air-gapped environments.
- Define API strategy and integration standards, including RESTful and event-driven integration patterns.
- Translate requirements from program management, contracts, finance, operations, government customers, and other stakeholders into technical architecture specifications.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison to government customers and prime contractors for enterprise application matters.
- Lead or support application implementations from architecture through deployment and govern architectural integrity across delivery teams.
- Ensure application architectures comply with DFARS, CMMC Level 2/3, ITAR, NIST 800-53, and export control requirements.
- Coordinate with ISSM and ISSO teams on RMF authorization activities for applications in classified or CUI environments.
- Maintain architecture documentation and manage the enterprise application portfolio inventory and lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in enterprise application architecture, systems integration, or solutions architecture, including at least four years supporting defense, GovCon, or federal government environments.
- Demonstrated experience architecting enterprise application solutions for DoD or IC programs, including classification boundaries and CUI handling.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Government Cloud or Azure Government Cloud and hybrid cloud/on-premise integrations.
- Working knowledge of CMMC, DFARS 252.204-7012, and NIST SP 800-171 requirements.
- Active Secret clearance is required at hire; TS eligibility or an active TS clearance is preferred.
- Preferred qualifications include ERP, HCS, program accounting, contract management, DoD acquisition systems, EVM, DCAA audit compliance, Zero Trust Architecture, CMMC assessment readiness, SSP development, TOGAF 9/10, AWS Solutions Architect, or PMP certification.
