Responsibilities

  • Lead architecture, implementation, integration, troubleshooting, and technical delivery for mission-critical customer projects.
  • Align customer mission requirements with achievable system designs and develop integration strategies, operating concepts, and technical roadmaps.
  • Identify technical risks, define mitigation strategies, and drive resolution.
  • Produce integration plans, diagrams, configuration guides, and other technical artifacts.
  • Support multiple customer engagements and shifting priorities.
  • Scope engagements, define architectural approaches, estimate technical effort, and support pre-sales customer calls.
  • Contribute to Statements of Work, proposals, resource estimates, and feasibility assessments.
  • Mentor, coach, and elevate technical contributors as the organization scales.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
  • Secret clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one.
  • At least 7 years of experience with Wind River products, with the posting specifying 7–10 years.
  • Federal experience delivering technical solutions.
  • Experience with safety- or security-critical standards such as DO-178C, FACE, IEC61508, IEC62304, or ISO26262.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging technical and program stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex engineering solutions.
  • Ability to work within a FOCI-mitigated operational environment and comply with associated controls.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Ability to support multiple delivery and pre-sales priorities.
  • Preferred experience mentoring or guiding engineers and supporting DoD or Intelligence Community programs.
