Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to Public Sector and Federal clients.
- Lead presales and implementation solution shaping, scoping, and architecture for complex Salesforce engagements.
- Provide technical oversight and execution leadership for large-scale and mission-critical programs.
- Design and optimize application, data, integration, and security architectures.
- Manage risks, customer expectations, complex negotiations, and issues through resolution.
- Review project and program direction, approaches, and artifacts to keep engagements on track and maintainable.
- Advise customers and colleagues on emerging technologies and contribute to consulting-practice knowledge and initiatives.
- Mentor Salesforce teams and collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients.
- Contribute to program visions and articulate strategies involving the Salesforce Platform.
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience on the Salesforce Platform, specifically Core Sales/Services, within the Public Sector.
- Strong application design skills and strong data, integration, and security architecture skills.
- Strong presentation, written communication, verbal communication, listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies quickly.
- U.S. citizenship, with no dual citizenship, and successful completion of a U.S. federal Minimum Background Investigation for a Moderate Public Trust position.
- A degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Preferred: Metro DC location, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or multiple Salesforce Architecture certifications, Public Sector digital transformation experience, hands-on Public Sector Solutions/Agentforce Public Sector experience, OmniStudio experience, and an application design and development background.
- Ability to travel as required by client needs.
