Base Salary
$184k - $357k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build tools, microservices, workflows, and distributed applications that accelerate data mining and AI training.
- Design and implement streaming, resilient, observable, secure, authenticated, orchestrated, and data-managed systems.
- Deploy AI models and develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation workflows for hybrid and agentic patterns.
- Analyze and operationalize complex distributed systems for high performance.
- Develop data pipelines and solutions for video data curation, behavioral search, and AI dataset management.
Requirements
- Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience, or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years of relevant experience, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong programming skills in Python or Golang.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Helm, Hive, Parquet, SQL, and vector databases such as Milvus.
- Experience developing high-performance scalable software systems, data mining or AI development, ETL pipelines, and big data engines.
- Strong architectural, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred qualifications include large-scale real-time streaming, augmented reality, data curation, Spark, LLMs, Vision-Language Models, RAG, patents, publications, or open-source contributions.
