Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, construct, test, implement, and support new or revised Oracle EBS applications and programs.
- Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk assessment, and business and system process evaluation.
- Develop and support Oracle EBS procure-to-pay functionality across Oracle Payments, iSupplier, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Payables, and Project Accounting.
- Build and maintain solutions using PL/SQL, PL/SQL JSON, shell scripting, RICE components, XML, BI Publisher, Oracle Workflows, Oracle Forms, Reports, and OAF.
- Implement and support SOAP and RESTful web service integrations.
- Recommend security measures and perform post-implementation analysis to ensure system functionality and successful business usage.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups; provide operational support and recommend programming solutions.
- Advise or coach new and lower-level analysts and act as a subject-matter expert for stakeholders.
- Use AI-assisted development and productivity tools with professional judgment to improve code quality, velocity, security, and reliability.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Strong technical and functional knowledge of Oracle EBS 12.2.9 and its listed financial and procurement modules.
- Strong experience with AOL, PL/SQL, PL/SQL JSON, shell scripting, and RICE components.
- Strong experience with XML and XML/BI Publisher.
- Experience with Oracle Workflows, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Oracle Application Framework.
- Experience with SOAP and RESTful web services.
- Working knowledge of consulting and project management techniques and methods.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle changing requirements.
- Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, assess risk, and advise senior stakeholders.
- Ability to apply professional judgment when using AI-generated outputs, ensuring accuracy, security, and maintainability.
