Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end services and processes supporting pay incentives, training, job choices, and career mobility for Amazon’s hourly associates.
- Design, build, test, deploy, debug, and maintain scalable front-end and full-stack services for global recruiting and workforce solutions.
- Automate business processes in a mostly serverless environment using AWS services and other technologies.
- Build highly available, performant, low-latency systems that support hundreds of thousands of users in real time.
- Handle complex workflows, country-specific rules, and high-volume operational requirements.
- Use data and sound judgment to solve complex business and technical problems and deliver against project commitments.
- Collaborate across teams and challenge existing approaches to deliver innovative customer experiences.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of non-internship professional experience in front-end, web, or mobile software development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- At least 1 year of experience with computer science fundamentals, including object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, problem solving, and complexity analysis.
- Experience using JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and React.
- Preferred: at least 1 year of experience with agile software development methodology.
- Preferred: experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.
