Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical design and delivery of Salesforce Loyalty Management capabilities.
- Design and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce Loyalty Management, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related Salesforce technologies.
- Lead integrations with enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, ETL tools, and event-driven architectures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate solution options, and recommend technical approaches.
- Create and maintain solution designs, architecture artifacts, integration specifications, deployment strategies, and operational support documentation.
- Lead development teams through design, build, testing, deployment, release management, and production support.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, governance, engineering, and regulatory standards.
- Drive platform performance, scalability, resiliency, reliability, and operational excellence.
- Troubleshoot complex Salesforce and integration challenges and address application and data issues.
- Mentor engineers and provide subject matter expertise on Salesforce Loyalty Management best practices.
- Support environment strategy, DevOps automation, continuous integration and continuous deployment processes, code reviews, and operational readiness reviews.
- Advance engineering practices through automation, research, collaboration, analysis, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- An undergraduate degree, postgraduate degree, or technical certificate is required; a graduate degree is preferred.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience is required.
- Strong academic background in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience implementing Salesforce Loyalty Management is preferred.
- Preferred certifications include Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, and Loyalty Management Accredited Professional.
- Experience with Salesforce technologies, Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Flow and Process Automation, APIs, integration patterns, MuleSoft or equivalent platforms, SQL, relational databases, event-driven architecture, data migration, ETL, Java, Python, Git, Salesforce DX, and DevOps tools is preferred.
- Financial Services industry experience is preferred.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, manage stakeholder relationships, and work independently on complex solutions.
