Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional team developing, configuring, modifying, and integrating Salesforce solutions.
- Define solution architecture, non-functional requirements, implementations, and end-to-end system and business impacts.
- Remain hands-on with Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, troubleshooting, proof-of-concepts, and code reviews.
- Oversee product design, development, quality standards, technical debt, platform lifecycle, security, upgrades, and roadmap improvements.
- Establish coding, versioning, testing, configuration, documentation, monitoring, and alerting practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, business stakeholders, and internal and external partners.
- Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to software developers.
- Prioritize product work and technical improvements while supporting digital modernization and delivery acceleration.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in business or computer science, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience delivering software, integration, or platform engineering solutions following a software development lifecycle.
- Expert-level Salesforce development proficiency, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Platform Events, integration patterns, REST APIs, and enterprise-scale solution design.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Experience with software development techniques including unit testing, continuous integration, test-driven development, and automated testing.
- Ability to provide technical thought leadership over development and quality standards and to mentor software developers.
- Strong understanding of industry best practices and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II and/or Salesforce Architect certification is an asset.
- Knowledge of Salesforce AI capabilities, including Agentforce, Einstein, Prompt Builder, and AI governance, is an asset.
- Salesforce integration and API knowledge, Agile delivery experience, and experience with Jira, Confluence, and Git are assets.
- Financial services industry experience is an asset.
- Reliability Status Security Clearance is required as a condition of employment before access to Protected B information, assets, or work sites.
