Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for DevOps, MLOps, and automation workflows.
- Deploy, monitor, optimize, and enhance ML and GenAI models and solutions in production.
- Develop live automation and analytics projects while minimizing operational disruption.
- Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise applications using WorkFusion, Selenium, Java, and Python.
- Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, or equivalent technologies.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
- Partner with analytics, data engineering, and business teams to support data-driven decisions.
- Document processes, conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in DevOps, MLOps, or related enterprise roles.
- Hands-on experience with RPA technologies such as WorkFusion, Automation Anywhere, or UiPath.
- Proficiency in Selenium, Java, and Python for automation development and testing.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Experience deploying, optimizing, and enhancing ML/GenAI solutions using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
- Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud platforms and cloud-native services.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, and other enterprise applications.
- Experience with MLOps pipelines such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or TFX.
- Experience with monitoring and logging frameworks such as Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI model fine-tuning, optimization, or prompt engineering.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, collaboration, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative DevOps practices.
