Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of software applications and systems.
- Design scalable, reliable, and maintainable software architectures.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to software engineers.
- Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and technical solutions.
- Review code and enforce coding standards and software development best practices.
- Drive improvements in development processes, tools, and technologies.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support production environments.
- Manage project priorities, timelines, and technical deliverables.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.
- Ensure software quality through testing, security practices, and performance optimization.
- Prepare required technical and procedural documentation and facilitate complex problem resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
- Comparable combinations of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Knowledge of application development, application design, architecture, application testing, application delivery processes, application development tools, packaged application integration, system development life cycle, and technical troubleshooting.
- Ability to provide technical guidance, collaborate with stakeholders, manage risk, and support customer-focused solutions.
- No required certifications or licenses.
