Senior Staff Specialist Full Stack Tech Lead (f/m/div)

- Lead end-to-end design, architecture, technical roadmap ownership, and delivery of ASP.NET Core web applications with integrated Unity 3D components.
- Perform hands-on full-stack development across Blazor frontends, data ingestion pipelines, CAD file processing, and complex troubleshooting.
- Establish coding standards, testing practices, CI/CD workflows, branching strategies, and release management.
- Design and maintain internal-platform and third-party API integrations, including contracts, versioning, and backward compatibility.
- Coordinate and mentor distributed external and third-party developers, managing capacity, deliverables, architecture, security controls, and quality gates.
- Partner with product owners, architects, UX, and QA teams to align scope, priorities, timelines, and technical decisions.
- Own API specifications, onboarding guides, operational runbooks, and broader technical knowledge management.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 1 year in a technical lead role.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in ASP.NET Core, C#, and Blazor or comparable SPA frameworks, plus working knowledge of JavaScript, CSS/SCSS, and component libraries.
- Strong database design and optimization skills using SQL Server and Entity Framework Core.
- Experience designing enterprise integrations and third-party API connectivity, including API contracts, versioning, and secure authentication and authorization patterns.
- Hands-on Unity development for 3D visualization or interactive components, with exposure to real-time 3D or CAD data processing, data ingestion pipelines, and container-based infrastructure such as OpenShift or Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, decision-making, and technical leadership skills.
- Full professional fluency in written and spoken English and German.
