Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, architecture, technical roadmap, domain modeling, engineering standards, and delivery of ASP.NET Core web applications with integrated Unity 3D components.
- Develop full-stack solutions using Blazor frontends, RESTful APIs, data ingestion pipelines, CAD file processing, and database systems.
- Establish coding standards, CI/CD workflows, branching strategies, testing practices, and release management processes.
- Design and maintain internal enterprise and third-party API integrations, including contracts, versioning, backward compatibility, and secure authentication and authorization patterns.
- Coordinate, mentor, and manage capacity for distributed external and third-party developers while reviewing deliverables and enforcing architecture, security, and quality standards.
- Partner with product owners, architects, UX, and QA teams to align scope, priorities, timelines, and technical decisions.
- Maintain API specifications, onboarding guides, operational runbooks, and other technical documentation.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 1 year in a technical lead role.
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in ASP.NET Core, C#, and Blazor, with working knowledge of JavaScript, CSS/SCSS, component libraries, SQL Server, and Entity Framework Core.
- Experience designing enterprise integrations and third-party API connectivity, including API contracts, versioning, and secure authentication and authorization.
- Hands-on Unity development for 3D visualization or interactive components and practical experience with real-time 3D or CAD data processing.
- Experience with data ingestion pipelines and CI/CD pipelines using container-based infrastructure such as OpenShift or Kubernetes.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, decision-making, technical leadership, and vendor-team management skills.
- Full professional fluency in written and spoken English and German.
