Responsibilities

Lead the entire AI-enhanced software development process and improve AI adoption across the software development lifecycle.
Develop, design, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software solutions for and with clients.
Guide clients in their AI adoption and contribute to new and further development of software solutions.
Work in agile teams across varied customer projects and promote continuous improvement.
Share knowledge, coach colleagues, and act as a sparring partner for software teams.
Resolve development bottlenecks and help enable teams across their disciplines.

Relevant university degree and profound knowledge of both frontend and backend development.
Experience with established frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, and Vue.js.
Experience with backend frameworks such as Spring Boot and Express.
Proficiency in one or more Java-environment languages, including Java, Kotlin, Scala, or Clojure, or in JavaScript-based languages including JavaScript and TypeScript.
Active use of AI-powered tools, code assistants, or LLM-based workflows.
Basic understanding of software architectures, cloud-native development, and containerization with Docker or Kubernetes.
Fluency in written and spoken English and German.
Interest in knowledge sharing, training, coaching, and continuous improvement.
