Responsibilities
- Lead clients in their AI adoption and develop AI visions, target pictures, and prioritized transformation roadmaps.
- Create software architectures and coordinate AI-enhanced development of client digital initiatives.
- Support multiple teams with frontend and backend development challenges.
- Introduce and improve AI usage throughout the software development lifecycle across client engineering teams.
- Participate hands-on in all phases of interdisciplinary software development.
- Coach colleagues, share knowledge, and act as a sparring partner for engineering teams.
- Resolve bottlenecks and continuously improve AI adoption across software disciplines.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in software architecture, cloud-native development, and containerization.
- Experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
- Solid knowledge of both frontend and backend development.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages in the Java, JavaScript, or cloud-native language ecosystems, including examples such as Java, Kotlin, Scala, Clojure, JavaScript, TypeScript, Rust, and Go.
- Proficiency in using AI-powered tools such as code assistants and LLM-based workflows, and in guiding teams through AI adoption.
- Fluent written and spoken English and German.
- Ability to communicate effectively, think broadly, work hands-on, and share acquired knowledge.
