Responsibilities
- Build an agentic system that automates the headhunting process end to end.
- Ship personal features to production every day in collaboration with the CTO, co-founder, and engineering team.
- Own projects from concept through deployment and transition code toward scale and quality when appropriate.
- Talk with customers and iterate on the product based on feedback.
- Work closely with the founding team in the San Francisco hackerhouse to create high-impact recruiting technology.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with experience in TypeScript and React.
- Strong practical experience working with AI and coding with AI tools such as Cursor.
- Experience with LLM APIs is a bonus.
- Startup mindset with high agency, resourcefulness, and a focus on creating value.
- Willingness to work intensively in a live-and-work hackerhouse environment in San Francisco.
