Responsibilities
- Build and ship features for Clera’s agentic system that automates the headhunting process end to end.
- Own projects from concept through deployment and deliver production code daily.
- Work directly with the CTO, co-founder, and engineering team.
- Iterate based on customer feedback and help create value in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Determine when to move from rapid experimentation to scalable, high-quality implementation.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with experience in TypeScript and React.
- Strong practical experience working with AI and ideally experience with LLM APIs.
- Experience coding with AI tools such as Cursor is preferred.
- High-agency, resourceful, ownership-oriented startup mindset.
- Willingness to work intensively from the San Francisco hackerhouse and engage directly with customers.
