Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of Keeper’s software for all customers, including initial and expansion deployments.
- Tailor solutions to meet the specific needs and objectives of each customer.
- Provide continuous technical support and troubleshoot issues for customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer configurations and communications.
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with the product development team.
- Manage multiple implementation projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery.
- Communicate project status and progress to internal stakeholders and customers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of progressive experience in SaaS support and/or implementation.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Google Docs and MS Office tools.
- Experience in SaaS deployment, preferably with security software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team across global regions.
