Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain large-scale production services, web applications, data pipelines, and streaming systems.
Participate in Agile/Scrum activities including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the technology stack.
Influence and mentor Software Engineering team members through technical guidance and explanation of practices.
Improve organizational engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
Evaluate code quality and participate in testing and certification.

Proficiency in Go is required; expert Java or Python candidates willing to transition to Go may be considered.
Experience with microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Experience designing and maintaining distributed systems handling high traffic and large-scale datasets.
Strong proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
Proven experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with Product and QA.
Five to eight years of professional experience.
Preferred experience building or maintaining security products, especially SIEM or Vulnerability Management systems.
Familiarity with security protocols, encryption, and common vulnerability frameworks.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
Participation in professional conferences or specialized technology groups is preferred.
