Responsibilities
- Design, build, iterate on, and deploy fullstack systems that power AI agents.
- Research and evaluate agent orchestration, prompting strategies, and model-alignment approaches.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to improve UX and usability for non-technical users.
- Share learnings, document findings, and contribute to internal engineering best practices.
- Participate in peer reviews, brainstorming sessions, and technical deep dives with a global team.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in a product-oriented software engineering role.
- Strong foundation in TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with rapid learning and iteration.
- Interest in research, technical writing, or team knowledge sharing.
- Experience with large language models, prompt engineering, or AI infrastructure is a bonus.
Benefits
- Base salary range is CAD $180,000–$225,000 for Canada-based roles and USD $180,000–$250,000 for Seattle-based roles.
- The role provides hands-on exposure to emerging model capabilities, internal experimentation, and applied AI research.
