Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, enhance, troubleshoot, and review software application modules.
- Deliver and integrate software using the LexisNexis FircoSoft Continuity vendor solution.
- Develop and automate large-scale, high-performance payments processing systems.
- Integrate vendor components using messaging technologies and deploy FircoSoft products with cloud technologies.
- Analyze requirements, contribute to application architecture and design, document specifications, and manage data flows.
- Coordinate design reviews, test plans, user acceptance testing, and operational support activities.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, technology teams, clients, and senior technology and product executives.
- Travel domestically up to 10% for off-site meetings, training, and industry conferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field plus seven years of relevant experience, or a master's degree in one of those fields plus five years of relevant experience.
- Experience delivering software that uses and integrates with LexisNexis FircoSoft Continuity.
- Experience developing large-scale, high-performance payments processing systems.
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, or JSON.
- Experience integrating FircoSoft vendor components with JMS or MQ.
- Experience deploying FircoSoft products using Kubernetes or Docker.
- Experience with Windows, Linux, or RHEL for shell scripting.
- Experience with SQL or Oracle for data manipulation, structuring, design flow, and query optimization.
- Experience tracking and managing FircoSoft vendor products using Confluence or JIRA.
