Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements, system flows, data usage, and work processes to design software solutions.
- Develop, modify, debug, and optimize software modules and applications.
- Design and execute test cases and automate software validation processes.
- Perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend system improvements.
- Support software installation, modification, deployment, continuous integration, and monitoring activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, diagrams, code comments, project specifications, and status updates.
- Coordinate with project teams, functional teams, engineering staff, systems analysts, project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, provide customer support, and track faults and service issues.
- Provide feedback on usability, serviceability, quality risks, and customer experience.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience.
- Mandatory skill in Network Operations - Utilities.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting software systems.
- Ability to analyze client requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Ability to develop test cases, automate validation, document solutions, and prepare project reports.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Strong customer communication, reporting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
