- Ship features that enhance the learner experience from onboarding to completion.
- Create workflows that enable non-engineers to contribute learning content.
- Support the development of private guides and experiences.
- Implement trustworthy progress and completion tracking.
- Build fast feedback loops for observability in production.
- Utilize AI-driven development tools to enhance coding efficiency.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for production support.
Requirements
- Strong experience with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
- Solid software engineering fundamentals with a focus on production-grade changes.
- Familiarity with Grafana and its observability practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively through documentation and presentations.
- Experience in open source contribution is a plus.
- Full-stack development experience is preferred.
