Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Design and implement autonomous AI-driven workflows to automate complex business processes.
- Integrate AI/ML models with Salesforce to enhance predictive analytics and decision-making.
- Mentor and guide a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring high-quality code and best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Manage release cycles and deployment processes while maintaining platform health and security.
- Continuously research and evaluate new Salesforce features and AI technologies.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 2 years in a Lead or Senior role.
- Active Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II and Certified Application or System Architect preferred.
- Expert proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and advanced configuration.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and enterprise-level architecture patterns.
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Direct experience developing or integrating AI-driven features within the Salesforce ecosystem.
