Base Salary
$152k - $198k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain a streaming-first data platform.
- Build and operate a hybrid Databricks and Snowflake architecture.
- Ensure all consumers operate on a consistent and governed data foundation.
- Champion platform standards, tooling, and best practices across the data organization.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in architecting, building, deploying, and supporting scalable production systems.
- Deep experience with streaming architectures and event-driven data pipelines.
- Strong focus on schema governance, data quality, and data lifecycle management.
- 5+ years of experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS or GCP) and open-source technologies.
- Experience with Big Data query engines and data stores such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Redshift.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Go, Scala, or Java.
- 5+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
