Responsibilities
- Own and architect the GTM tech stack, including tools like Clay, HubSpot, and Claude.
- Design and implement AI-native pipeline workflows for automated account management.
- Collaborate with the CRO to shape GTM strategy based on data insights.
- Maintain a clean and actionable CRM through automated systems.
- Develop ICP scoring models and segmentation logic for targeted outreach.
- Create dashboards to connect GTM activities to revenue outcomes.
- Assist in defining and building the GTM team as the company scales.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in GTM engineering, revenue operations, or a related technical role.
- Proven ability to build complex enrichment, automation, or AI-powered workflows.
- Strong understanding of CRM data models and API integrations.
- Commercial acumen with knowledge of ICP, funnel economics, and pipeline quality.
- Experience with AI tools and a vision for their application in GTM functions.
- Startup experience is preferred, with a comfort for ambiguity and ownership.
