Senior Software Engineer - VC++
SS&C TechnologiesResponsibilities
- Develop scalable, reliable, and secure solutions using C++ and MFC.
- Work with technical leaders, architects, and Scrum team members.
- Analyze, design, and execute application architecture against technical and business requirements.
- Support applications and middleware services that are vital to the business.
- Provide product improvement ideas informed by business and market understanding.
- Create and maintain documentation.
- Participate in project planning and release/change management activities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant C++ development experience.
- Experience developing with Visual Studio, Win32, and MFC.
- Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Experience with source code management systems such as Git or SVN.
- Strong experience designing and developing real-time business applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Exposure to ServiceNow, Jira, and SharePoint.
- Understanding of SDLC processes, Agile methodologies, Scrum, and release/change management practices.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development and automation concepts.
- STL experience is an added advantage.
