Base Salary
$150k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the AI pairing pipeline, including its tooling, integrations, and workflows.
- Design and implement automated ticket generation that converts product signals, operational alerts, and customer feedback into sprint-ready engineering work items.
- Build developer tooling spanning local development, deployment, and observability.
- Create technical guardrails, review workflows, and quality gates for the non-engineer contribution program.
- Instrument Enablement tools and processes, measure their impact, and continuously improve them.
- Partner with engineers to understand pain points and identify high-leverage Enablement opportunities.
- Evaluate emerging AI developer tools and techniques for potential adoption.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience with strong fundamentals in backend systems, APIs, and automation.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs, including prompt engineering, tool use, and evaluation of AI-generated output.
- Experience building internal developer tools, automation pipelines, or platform infrastructure.
- Strong programming skills; Go and/or Python experience is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with AI developer tools such as Claude, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot.
- Experience integrating project management and engineering tools such as Jira, GitHub, or Linear is a strong plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving early-stage function with evolving scope and priorities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate engineer requirements into well-designed tooling solutions.
