Responsibilities
- Lead development of scalable React Native mobile applications with a focus on quality, performance, and reliability.
- Contribute to and oversee ReactJS web application development while maintaining consistent architecture and design patterns across platforms.
- Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver solutions.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, architecture discussions, and growth planning.
- Own post-release monitoring and maintenance by detecting and resolving production issues with observability tools.
- Drive performance optimization and engineering best practices across iOS and Android.
- Contribute to technical planning, sprint reviews, and architecture design decisions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of combined frontend experience with React Native and ReactJS, with React Native as the core skill.
- Proven experience delivering and maintaining large-scale production applications.
- Deep understanding of React Native architecture, performance tuning, and debugging.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Sentry, Datadog, or Crashlytics.
- Familiarity with native code including Java, Kotlin, Swift, or Objective-C, and with mobile build pipelines.
- Strong English communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring engineers and raising team technical standards.
- A proactive, accountable leadership mindset with the ability to make technical decisions using clarity and data.
- Ability to balance hands-on delivery with team enablement and champion clean architecture, testing, maintainability, learning, experimentation, and shared ownership.
