Responsibilities
- Identify and solve complex, high-impact problems with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Set technical direction for the engineering team, ensuring quality and productivity.
- Design, develop, and own new product functionality and infrastructure using modern frameworks.
- Tackle ambiguous problem areas and address long-term challenges.
- Make effective trade-offs considering business priorities and user experience.
- Act as a cultural beacon and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Significant technical leadership experience in larger organizations.
- Balance customer focus with action-oriented decision-making.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proven ability to mentor and uplift engineering teams.
- Self-starter with a mix of startup and large-scale experience.
- Expertise in architectural changes with multi-year impact.
- Interest or experience in security is a plus.
