Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP MM technical solution concepts.
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain SAP MM solutions across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
- Develop custom solutions supporting MRP, material disposition, replenishment, and procurement planning.
- Build and enhance solutions using ABAP, ABAP Objects, CDS Views, APIs, OData services, RAP services, and Fiori-related concepts.
- Ensure solutions comply with Clean Core, extensibility, architecture, maintainability, and upgrade-stability standards.
- Develop integrations between SAP MM and connected systems, including SAP IBP where applicable.
- Analyze and resolve technical defects, incidents, interface issues, and performance problems.
- Support testing, deployments, documentation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, key users, consultants, architects, external partners, and project teams in an international environment.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in SAP development, technical implementation, or enhancement delivery.
- Strong hands-on experience with ABAP, ABAP Objects, CDS Views, APIs, OData services, RAP services, and modern SAP development approaches.
- Strong experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA development environments.
- Proven experience developing SAP MM solutions, particularly for planning and procurement processes.
- Good understanding of MRP, material disposition, replenishment planning, and procurement execution.
- Several years of experience with custom developments, interfaces, reports, APIs, and service-based solutions.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA development concepts and Clean Core principles.
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, process owners, and project teams.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable discipline.
- Very good written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of SAP CPI, SAP Integration Suite, IDocs, and APIs is advantageous.
- Experience with SAP IBP integration is desirable.
- Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
