Base Salary
$146k - $183k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver enterprise-wide architecture for generative AI and agentic systems aligned with business objectives.
- Design scalable, modular solution patterns and integrate foundation models into enterprise environments.
- Architect and implement agentic AI workflows, orchestration, and system integrations.
- Establish cloud-native infrastructure and MLOps pipelines for deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Guide projects from concept through production while aligning technology with strategic business goals.
- Collaborate across teams, mentor colleagues, and contribute to AI innovation and thought leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
- 10+ years of software architecture experience, including hands-on work with AI/ML systems.
- Strong expertise in generative AI, foundation models, and agentic AI frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with leading AI/ML frameworks and AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and influence technical decisions.
- Experience with prompt engineering, advanced RAG-based architectures, vector databases, unstructured data processing, MLOps frameworks, and production-grade AI systems is preferred.
- Exposure to containerized and distributed systems such as Kubernetes is preferred.
- Experience with knowledge sharing, workshops, or external thought leadership is preferred.
- Willingness to work in the office three days per week.
