Responsibilities
- Configure, test, maintain, and support infrastructure across development, staging, testing, and production environments.
- Contribute to Infrastructure as Code implementation using established modules, conventions, and review processes.
- Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines, prepare releases, and support deployment activities.
- Investigate incidents through log and monitoring evidence collection, initial triage, and resolution documentation.
- Configure monitoring checks and alerts and participate in backup and recovery procedures.
- Apply least-privilege access management and secure secrets-handling practices.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation, deployment instructions, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, security specialists, and operations teams.
- Develop technical skills through mentoring, certifications, and project participation.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with one or more public cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Solid understanding of Linux administration and networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, services, packages, and system metrics.
- Practical exposure to CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or TeamCity.
- Understanding of containerization concepts and practical experience with container images and runtime environments.
- Scripting experience with Shell and either Python or PowerShell.
- General understanding of Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Understanding of SDLC processes, DevOps principles, databases, monitoring, logging, backup, storage, security, authentication, authorization, TLS, and secure secrets management.
- Experience using AI assistants responsibly while validating outputs and protecting data security.
- Good communication and collaboration skills and at least an Upper-Intermediate level of English.
- Preferred: Kubernetes or other orchestration experience; production experience with Terraform or Ansible; centralized logging and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, CloudWatch, or Datadog; GitOps exposure; familiarity with AI/LLM services or vector databases; and cloud or Linux certifications.
- Strong willingness to learn, proactive ownership, attention to detail, structured operational practices, and analytical problem-solving ability.
