Base Salary

$116k - $136k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical sale by partnering closely with Sales to navigate complex deals.
  • Earn trust at every level by tailoring messages for executives and operators.
  • Design and deliver product demos, POCs, solution architectures, and proposals.
  • Educate prospects on safe hiring best practices and answer technical questions.
  • Distill customer feedback into actionable insights for R&D teams.
  • Identify trends across verticals to keep Checkr ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on case studies and events.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years in Solutions Engineering, Technical Sales, Customer Success, or a related SaaS role.
  • Hands-on experience with the full technical sales cycle.
  • Strong discovery and value-based selling skills.
  • Comfort with RESTful APIs or eagerness to learn.
  • A track record of effective collaboration across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.
