Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end infrastructure refactoring and migration of legacy platforms to modern, in-house, open-source-aligned hybrid-cloud architectures.
- Implement scalable containerization, cluster networking, and storage solutions for heavy enterprise workloads.
- Optimize high-throughput backend infrastructure for availability, fault tolerance, low latency, and reduced technical debt.
- Architect infrastructure for enterprise GPU clusters, distributed storage, low-latency networking, AI workloads, and data engineering.
- Establish AI-Ops and MLOps platforms for automated model deployment, scaling, monitoring, and lifecycle governance.
- Optimize petabyte-scale real-time data ingestion, storage pipelines, and distributed database architectures.
- Drive rapid delivery, code migration, automated testing, CI/CD automation, capacity planning, autoscaling, and resource allocation.
- Ensure disaster recovery, infrastructure compliance, security hardening, zero-trust segmentation, and resilience across AI and data platforms.
- Mentor cross-functional software engineering teams and align technical execution with product, cybersecurity, risk, and regional stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise environments.
- At least 3+ years in a technical leadership or principal architecture role.
- Deep expertise in banking, fintech, or large-scale digital platform modernization.
- Advanced proficiency in Java, Python, or Go and event-driven architectures using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, cloud-native infrastructure, and network or storage plugins such as Multus.
- Experience integrating LLM or GenAI pipelines through APIs, vector databases, and enterprise data mesh or mastering frameworks under strict security protocols.
- Proven experience executing large-scale code migrations, reducing legacy footprints, and enforcing automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to connect technical architecture with executive business strategy.
