Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Golden Path templates, reusable patterns, reference implementations, pipelines, and automation.
- Improve self-service onboarding journeys and reduce bespoke onboarding through standardized workflows.
- Triage developer experience issues, coordinate with owning teams, define acceptance criteria, and track resolutions to closure.
- Create and maintain onboarding, how-to, troubleshooting, operational, and reference documentation.
- Support developer enablement through talks, show-and-tells, workshops, mob programming, migration guidance, and internal communications.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or Node.js.
- Strong hands-on engineering experience delivering production-grade systems.
- Understanding of production readiness fundamentals including security, resilience, observability, and supportability.
- Practical experience improving developer experience through standardization, automation, and making the easy path the right path.
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of seniority and collaborate across product, engineering, architecture, and risk/control teams.
- Experience delivering application platforms is preferred but not required.
