Responsibilities
- Construct, troubleshoot, calibrate, adjust, test, and maintain equipment, components, devices, or systems.
- Work from engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.
- Operate related equipment, conduct tests, and report data in the prescribed format.
- Perform calibration and alignment checks and make directed adjustments, modifications, and replacements.
- Prepare prescribed compounds and solutions.
Requirements
- Be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited college or university and remain enrolled full-time in Fall 2026.
- Major in a STEM degree program.
- Be available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, for at least 10 weeks during Summer 2027.
- Be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance and program special access.
- Preferred qualifications include a cumulative GPA of at least 3.25/4.0, previous internship or co-op experience, leadership and teamwork capabilities, communication skills, and professional, community, or extracurricular activities.
