Technical Architect - ServiceNow
Bristol Myers SquibbResponsibilities
- Architect, design, develop, test, and maintain the ServiceNow platform according to industry best practices.
- Define, document, communicate, and enforce ServiceNow architecture and integration principles.
- Develop and maintain new and existing ServiceNow integrations and manage platform lifecycle activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver solutions and prioritize backlog items.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and incidents with development and IT teams.
- Identify architecture improvements and communicate platform roadmaps and strategies.
- Partner with ITQS, Cybersecurity, and Testing teams to support platform quality and security.
- Mentor and train junior ServiceNow developers.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 6+ years of ServiceNow development and implementation experience with an architectural focus.
- Broad exposure to ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, IRM/GRC/TPRM, HRSD, and SPM modules.
- Proficiency with Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, scripting, and Integration Hub.
- Experience with GRC, TPRM, ServiceNow integrations, scripting languages, reporting and analytics, performance tuning, family release upgrades, CSDM, security, and compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, prioritization, and independent-work skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Implementation Specialist certification is preferred.
- ServiceNow Workspace development and experience delivering technology in a life sciences setting are preferred.
