Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate with teams to deliver high-impact cloud transformation projects for clients.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, resilient, compliant, cost-efficient, and sustainable end-to-end cloud architectures.
- Design and implement Azure Landing Zones, cloud platforms, data and analytics solutions, AI/GenAI platforms, event-driven architectures, Kubernetes-based solutions, and infrastructure-as-code environments.
- Define target operating models, cloud landing zones, reference architectures, architecture governance, and enterprise cloud best practices.
- Communicate complex architectural concepts and technical information to senior stakeholders and support decision-making.
- Contribute to proposals, client pitches, thought leadership, and the growth of the Cloud practice in Switzerland and globally.
- Apply and expand cloud-native technology, cloud architecture, engineering, and consulting best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, master's, or diploma-level degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience focused on cloud architecture, cloud engineering, or platform solutions.
- Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and delivering complex end-to-end cloud architectures or solutions for internal or external clients.
- Strong hands-on Microsoft Azure expertise, including Azure Landing Zones, Cloud Adoption Framework, AKS, Azure Networking, Entra ID, and Azure OpenAI.
- Cloud architecture certification for one or more platforms, such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, or Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect.
- AWS and/or Google Cloud experience is advantageous; consulting experience and certifications such as TOGAF, CKA, or security and AI specializations are beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, listening, communication, and client-delivery skills.
- Fluency in English is required; German is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally internationally.
