Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, troubleshoot, test, and deliver secure, scalable software solutions.
  • Write, review, debug, and maintain high-quality production code.
  • Lead responsible adoption of approved AI-assisted coding, code review, testing, and troubleshooting tools.
  • Establish standards for validating AI-assisted outputs for correctness, performance, security, and compliance.
  • Identify and automate recurring issue remediation to improve application and system stability.
  • Evaluate vendor, startup, and internal architectural designs and technical credentials for use within existing systems.

Requirements

  • Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts, with 5+ years of applied experience in specified regions or advanced applied experience according to local guidance.
  • Hands-on experience with system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
  • Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages.
  • Experience leading approved AI-assisted software development tools and coaching engineers on safe and compliant use.
  • Strong understanding of responsible AI practices, data sensitivity, secure input/output handling, resiliency, and security expectations.
  • Proficiency across the Software Development Life Cycle and advanced understanding of application resiliency and security.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial services industry IT systems.
  • Practical cloud-native experience.
