Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance agent architecture for Infor AI Studio across Infor’s enterprise platforms.
- Build solutions using RAG, vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, and LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Develop and integrate APIs, microservices, and cloud-based services for AI applications.
- Translate business and product requirements into technical solutions with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Apply practices for AI security, data privacy, responsible AI, model governance, scalability, and performance.
- Support deployment and monitoring of generative AI solutions using cloud, CI/CD, DevOps, and MLOps practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in software, cloud, or solution architecture.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, and AI application development.
- Experience with RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and LLM integration.
- Proficiency in Python or Java and API/microservices development.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, with AWS preferred.
- Experience with technologies such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
- Understanding of cloud architecture, distributed systems, APIs, security, and scalability.
- Experience building AI agents or agentic AI solutions is preferred.
- Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, and AI observability is preferred.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD is preferred.
- Strong communication, technical leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
