Responsibilities
- Define the direction and goals of the Application Security program.
- Provide design guidance to product teams to eliminate software vulnerabilities.
- Create static and dynamic analysis rules to detect code weaknesses.
- Educate developers on security and privacy best practices.
- Drive mitigation strategies during AppSec-related incident responses.
- Build and maintain tools for vulnerability prevention and remediation.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience in security architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand context.
- Experience advocating for and leading cross-functional security projects.
- Business-oriented mindset with a focus on security impact.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying technical ideas.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
